Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are the cream of the crop, and we can do little greater service than tell you about them. We employ people who have held the title of caregiver for much of their lives. We consist of CNA's and LPN's, mommies and grandmommies, home health aides and nursing home professionals, caring souls and comforting hearts. The process to become a Guardian Angel is long and carefully designed. We impose a thorough caregiver screening system to ensure the integrity of the promises we make to our beloved elderly. Each of our Guardian Angels - at a minimum - has gone through the following:
- Primary telephone screening
- Thorough qualification review (based on completed employment application)
- Detailed face-to-face interview
- Professional reference checks (minimum three)
- Personal character reference checks (minimum three)
- Thorough and substantial background check (Click Here to see detail)
- Full driving record review (supplied by county DMV)
- Guardian Angels Homecare evaluation and training system
- Final staff review
At this point the caregiver is fully insured, bonded, and payrolled with all the nuances of state and federal tax laws, FICA, and worker's compensation laws removed from your worry.
